  3. Do you always forget things and think there is something wrong with your hippocampus ( the place that stores memories) ? Well you're wrong , researchers say that forgetting things may make you smarter . Your brain is possibly getting rid of unimportant information and making room for more ! Researchers have discovered that new neurons are brought into the hippocampus can overwrite your old ones , making them harder to find , and that's how you forget . Plus , overthinking can not always be good for making decisions . So next time you forget , be grateful , as you know you're getting smarter !

  6. Reversing Extinction
By: Lina Mai October 2 2017

This article is mainly about efforts to bring extinct species back to life. In the 1970’s scientist discovered a new frog called the Brooding Frog. It swallowed fertilized eggs and the stomach acted like a uterus and the tadpoles grow into frogs. When they were big enough the mother projectile vomited them out. The frogs unique stomach function had scientist very excited. But the frog became extinct in 1985. It was killed by a fungus spread by humans. They chose to bring this frog back from the dead because of its extraordinary abilities. It was like no other frog. Scientist are recreating the species by taking a cell from the Brooding Frog and placing it into the cell from a different species.. They used an Australian frog’s cell and removed its DNA from the cell and replaced it with the DNA from the Brooding frog. The cell then develops into a tadpole. It only survived for three days so there is still a lot of work to be done to make “de-extinction” of these frogs possible.

Experts say that it starts with the irrational (without the faculty of reason) fear of the number 13, and it's called triskaidekaphobia.Policy Scientist also say,the number suffers from its position after the number 12, which numerologists see as a complete number.According to some people, has result in the belief that 13 is incomplete and, therefore, unlucky.:o

  14. A few days ago was Friday the 13 and did you know that 20 million people worldwide suffer from paraskevidekatriaphobia? That means they are really superstitious. The fear of 13 came from its bad reputation where things that has 13 in it will go wrong, like the Apollo 13 mission. It was launched at 13:13 and it didn't land on the moon because one of its oxygen tanks exploded on April 13.

According to mythology, the fear of Friday came from the day Jesus was crucified and 13 disciples attended the last supper. Some biblical scholars also believe that Adam and Eve ate the forbidden fruit on Friday the 13th.

Did you know Taylor Swift loves the number 13 she even said "I was born on the 13th. I turned 13 on Friday the 13th. My first album, Taylor Swift, went gold in 13 weeks. My first #1 song had a 13-second intro. Every time I've won an award I've been seated in either the 13th seat, the 13th row, the 13th section or row M, which is the 13th letter. Basically, whenever a 13 comes up in my life it's a good thing."
